Sydney, NSW, 5th June, 2013 - Yandex (NASDAQ:YNDX), the largest Russia-born search engine and CodeNgo, a multi-app store publishing service based in Sydney, have partnered to launch a new open source file format called AppDF for Android developers looking to drive more downloads for their apps outside of the Google Play store.
